It consists of a hallway, living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and closet/pantry. The bedroom has an automatic blackout curtain to block out the light from street lamps at night. Thereafter, the lease is indefinite or until one of the parties terminates the agreement. I am looking for responsible and orderly individuals who value a safe and pleasant living environment.
