Two rooms with double bed, dressers, wardrobes, and desks approximately as in the pictures (also available are things like towels and bed linen). The room even has a balcony (other furniture than in the picture). Besides that, access to a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, living room, large bathroom, and garden. Near bus lines 1 and 2. Right next to good cycle paths towards the city and the beach at Råå. In the house, there are usually one or two other rooms rented out. Our family is mainly at home during school holidays, which makes the house very quiet and spacious most of the time. We are looking for someone who is very well-behaved and in need of housing, for example for master's studies. We have good experience with you master's students who attend international programs from many years back in time, but also with other life situations. We are very experienced landlords and are careful with whom we choose. We rent out because we do not live in the house large parts of the year and think it's a shame to have empty rooms. The rent includes normal consumption of water, electricity, heating, and Internet (fiber). Move-in and move-out dates are flexible (we are also used to most people going abroad for one of the semesters, which we usually handle well when the time comes).
