Bright and fresh turn-of-the-century apartment in central Stockholm for rent with the possibility of long-term rental as I am abroad for work. The apartment has very convenient transportation (buses including number 1 and 4, blue and green lines as well as proximity to commuter trains from Odenplan), and closeness to green areas (Kronobergsparken, Rålambshovsparken, and Vasaparken). There are many restaurants and shops around the corner, including Västermalmsgallerian, and four different grocery chains within walking distance (Willys, Coop, ICA, Lidl). Walking to Sergels Torg takes 20 minutes and cycling takes only 10. The apartment has a ceiling height of 3.25 meters with a 2-meter wide sleeping loft with sitting height, which makes it feel much larger than 35 sqm. It has an elongated layout with a separate living room with a sofa bed, storage cabinets, and wardrobes (with a sleeping loft above the wardrobe) on one side, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink in the middle (in front of the entrance/hallway, which has a small storage room and coat rack with space for outerwear), and a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a dining room on the other side.
