Charming apartment of 34 square meters in the heart of central Kungsbacka. Everything is outside the door, restaurants, the grocery store, and about 10 minutes away is the Kungsmässan shopping center which has the cinema. About 7 minutes to the station where the train takes you to Gothenburg in about 25 minutes. The rent includes heating, electricity, and broadband. Also basic channels on the TV. The reason I am renting it out is because I am moving in with my boyfriend.
