Hello, I am going to try living together and am therefore renting out my apartment for a year. It is an apartment from 2017 with an airy living room/kitchen, a walk-in closet (4 sqm), and a proper balcony (6 sqm). There is an elevator. There are good communications into the city. You can either walk to Stureby subway station (green line), or take a bus that stops right outside the apartment (Tussmötevägen bus stop) to Gullmarsplan subway station (green line). Whichever way you choose, it takes about 30 minutes to get to the central station. Stureby is a quiet residential area within walking distance to, among other things, Årstafältet. Two grocery stores are within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The rent includes heating, cold water, and broadband (100/100). Costs for hot water accrue after measured consumption. You also need to pay for your electricity consumption and your own home insurance.
