Welcome to Charlottendals Manor, Here you will have a unique living experience, staying in a historical building from 1779 in a carefully renovated house. Charlottendal is a gated community with its own garden and a peaceful environment. Here you can enjoy your stay with a sea view and a beautiful garden right outside your window. In Gröndal, you have everything - a charming small-town feel, water around the corner, boutique cafes while still being close to the city center. Outside the entrance, there is a private patio facing south. The garden is shared by everyone on the estate. ------- The Northern Wing is completely renovated in 2022 but has retained its old charm along with modern facilities. The house consists of 1 dining room, 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet, a spa with sauna and Jacuzzi, and a laundry room. Middle floor living room The living room has a tiled stove and a large corner sofa for the whole company. Guest room 160cm guest bed/day bed with a private bathroom. Adjacent to the bedroom is a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. Toilet, sink, and 2 showers. Window with sea view and underfloor heating. Kitchen Here you have everything you need to cook a fantastic dinner, large stove, 2 dishwashers, fridge with freezer, microwave etc. Breakfast table and seating area with its own tiled stove. Dining room Dining room for the whole company with a large dining group with leaf extensions for up to 12+ people at the dining table. Tiled stove and two windows with nice light. 2 bedrooms on the top floor Two bedrooms with sloping ceilings facing west and east. 180 bed in one and 2x90 in the other. Open fireplace is also available in each room. Top floor living room Green lovely living room with a large sofa and TV for movie nights. Sofa bed. Top floor bathroom Our green bathroom with bathtub, toilet, and sink. Lake view from the bath and underfloor heating. Laundry room Combined washer/dryer, sink, and storage. A separate toilet is also available here. Underfloor heating. Relaxation room/Guest room Large sofa also functioning as a sofa bed with an open fireplace. Underfloor heating. Inner hall Space for shoe storage and clothing hangers. From the hall, you can reach the laundry room and the pantry.
