As the current tenant is going to buy their own accommodation, we are renting out our "little cottage" tentatively from September 1st or earlier by agreement. The cottage is located on our property and we place great importance on ensuring that the person renting is the "right" one. The area where the cottage is located is a quiet residential area with both woodland and the sea (Tångudden/Nya Varvet) close at hand. Bakeries, grocery stores, gym, medical center, delicatessen, and neighborhood pub are just a few minutes' walk from the house. Otherwise, there are good transport options via both bus and tram to Järntorget, Brunnsparken, and Frölunda Torg. The cottage is about 25 sqm with a sleeping loft and is suitable for one person. Rented furnished including basic kitchenware. Small bathroom with shower and top-loading washing machine. Kitchen and living room in one with combined fridge and freezer, microwave oven and induction hob. Note! No oven, but the previous tenant used their air fryer frequently. TV available as well as a small two-seater sofa bed. In the sleeping loft, there is a 160 cm bed and storage facilities. The rent of 8500 SEK includes electricity, water, heating, parking, and internet. One month's deposit is refundable upon move-out if everything is returned in good condition. We only rent to a person we hope is non-smoking, without payment remarks, and with a stable income. If interested, write a presentation and desired move-in date.
