VIEWING 7 July Write if interested! We are renting out our fantastic apartment in scenic Öjersjö, as we have moved to Norway. The apartment is newly built and was completed in May 2023. The entrance includes a large hall with plenty of storage and cabinet space. The apartment has a good layout with an open kitchen and living room (see attached image). New kitchen from IKEA, includes a microwave, stove, oven, fridge, and freezer, as well as plenty of storage space. The bathroom consists of a new combo machine (washer and dryer) and heated floors. There is also a large bedroom, which also has plenty of storage space. Large windows throughout the apartment provide very good light. Exit to a large wonderful balcony from the living room with sun from morning to night. There is also a storage room included. This is located in the building's basement. The basement also has a common room with a ping pong table and seating. You will also have access to a party room in the adjacent building. Surroundings: Very child-friendly area, with several large playgrounds, a short path to Kåsjön which has several swimming spots. Just a few meters from the residence is a new square with a restaurant, Coop, health center, hairdresser, daycare, and school. Transportation: Bus stop "Helgas väg" is about 50 meters from the residence. About 10 minutes to Liseberg station and about 15 minutes to Partille Centrum. Buses depart every 15 minutes. The rent is 13,500 SEK/month excluding electricity/heating. TV/internet adds 149 SEK/month. The apartment has a rental parking space. If you need this, an additional 500 SEK/month will be added for it. VIEWING after agreement.
