The apartment is located right next to the city forest, with jogging trails and walking paths just outside the door. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, and by bike, it takes barely 10 minutes to Akademiska Hospital, even less to BMC. About 15 minutes to the city center. The residence is a rental part of a villa but has its own entrance and no doors to the rest of the house. There is a small hall and a private bathroom with a shower. There is a fridge, freezer, kitchenette with hotplates, microwave, and air fryer as well as a private washing machine. The room itself has a sleeping alcove, and in addition, there are tables, chairs, as well as shelves, and clothes storage. The furniture varies slightly between the different pictures as different tenants have had it furnished differently, but all the furniture visible in the pictures is available. In addition to the apartment itself, there is a small furnished patio. Subscriptions and costs for electricity and internet (wifi) and of course heating and water are included in the rent. We are looking for a calm tenant with a stable income and no payment defaults, as well as smoke and pet-free.
