Now we are renting out our townhouse in child-friendly Lundby! The townhouse accommodates four rooms and a kitchen (88 + 13) and has a patio, balcony, and easy-to-maintain garden. The upper floor has three bedrooms and a toilet, the lower floor has a kitchen, living room, and guest toilet. There is also a furnished storage room that can be used as a bedroom or office. A top-loading washing machine is available in the house, and the community also has a laundry room right next door. Lundby is a quiet, child-friendly, and central area, with proximity to both preschool and elementary school. Around the corner, there is both a football field and a playground, and within a short walking distance, there is Parken Zoo, Kronskogen, grocery stores, and the shopping center Tunapark. The train station and the city center can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and about 6 minutes by bus. Commuting distance to Stockholm - the train takes an hour and good connections are available. The townhouse is rented out unfurnished from August 1st for one year - with the possibility of extension. Cost 13,500 per month - including heating, water, cable TV. You sign your own electricity agreement and home insurance. For long-term rental, a stable income is required, and no payment remarks. Note! Since we want to sell eventually, we are renting out under the condition that the broker is granted access to hold viewings on individual occasions (of course, in consultation with you as the tenant regarding date and time).
