Hello! I am now renting out a nice one-bedroom apartment with an excellent location – close to both the commuter train station and a well-stocked ICA Nära. Hemköp is also within walking distance, about 15 minutes away. With the commuter train, you can easily get to Stockholm Central in just 24 minutes. The reason for renting is that I will be trying living together with a partner for a period. The apartment has a spacious kitchen with a dining table and chairs. A full set of service with plates, cutlery, and glasses is included. In the living room, there is a sofa and a 65-inch TV. Internet via fiber is available (cost 469 SEK/month). No TV channels are included, but streaming works perfectly directly via the TV. There is also plenty of storage in the living room. The apartment also includes a cozy patio with a table and two chairs. The bathroom is fresh and equipped with a shower with glass doors and a combined washing machine and dryer. The bedroom is spacious with plenty of storage space. Please note that a bed will not be available during the rental period.
