Hello, I am renting out my apartment in Visby for a year. It is a 45 square meter 1 room apartment, and I'm renting it out mostly furnished. The apartment also have it's own washing machine and dish washer. The apartment sits at a really nice location. It only takes a few minutes to enter the inner city, and next to the apartment, these is a super market. The apartment is also close to the ferry terminal, if you are going to the terminal by foot, it takes about 10 - 15 minutes, and by takes, it takes about 5 minutes. The rental period start on the 30th of August, and ends the same date next year. The rent is 7500 per month, includes water and internet, but not electricity. IMPORTANT INFO: Right now we are in the process of selling the apartment, so there's 2 things that you should be mindful about: 1. We might need to end the contract early. There will be a month of notice period in case this happens. 2. The real estate agent will hold viewing occasionally. So the apartment needs to be free when viewing takes place. Of course, I'll inform you beforehand if a viewing is scheduled.
