The dwelling is an apartment in a two-story building with four apartments in total. My apartment is located on the upper floor, and I rent out this room; you will share the rest with another person who rents another room. Thus, you have joint responsibility for the bathroom and kitchen. There is a laundry room in the basement where you can sign up for time slots. The rent of 4500 SEK includes electricity, water, furnishings, and even kitchen equipment, which is complete. The apartment is rented to students, and we will agree on a contract period that suits both parties. As it stands now, it is possible to rent it until January or, if desired, until next August. The room is available for immediate move-in or at the start of the school term.
