Bright and nice townhouse located in one of Örebro's most beautiful areas, Ekeby-almby, right by Hjälmaren. Close to the city and easy to get to by both bus and bike. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with an open plan to the kitchen and a dining area, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, and dryer, as well as access to the south-facing terrace. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, a family room, and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a balcony with views of the fields and Hjälmaren. At the front, there is plenty of parking (space for 6 cars), as well as space for both plantings and outdoor furniture. At the back, there is a spacious terrace, a lawn with several different berry bushes, and a shared area with a playground and pool. The association shares the pool, and it is usually open from around May to September or as long as the weather allows. The rent includes parking, access to all the association's shared areas (incl. the pool), water, garbage collection, and wifi. Electricity and heating are additional (usually around 1500-2500 depending on weather and consumption). Currently, the townhouse is semi-furnished. It is possible through discussion to use the existing furniture (or parts of it), or I can empty the house completely. We will decide together when you rent.
