Hello I am renting out an apartment in Rynge village with sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people. Fully furnished with beds, kitchen equipment, wifi, TV, and much more. The apartment is an extension of the house and has its own entrance and parking. The house has 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room for up to 4 people. Also, there is a kitchen, living room, and wardrobes. The house is rented from September 1st until May 15th and is paid monthly. The nearest grocery store is Ica Skivarp, which is 5 minutes away, and Ystad is 10-15 minutes away. There is a train station in Rydsgård and Svarte, 5 minutes in each direction. Malmö can be reached in 35 minutes from the E65. The rent is 9,000 SEK, with everything included such as internet, furnishing, electricity, water, heating parking space. The contract ends on May 15th due to summer renting.
