Vi har ett Attefallshus/Bolundare i Sollentuna i lugnt villaområde som vi har tänkt hyra ut från och med 9 augusti och gärna för en längre period. Det finns bra kommunikationer i form av pendelbussar till city och pendeltåg. Avstånd till busshållplats ca 1 minut och ca 7 minuters promenad till Helenelunds pendeltågsstation (9 minuter till Odenplan och 13 minuter till Stockholm City). Gångavstånd till Kista och Sollentuna centrum. Huset hyrs ut omöblerat alt delvis möblerat. Huset är 30 kvm och består av ett kombinerat kök och vardagsrum, ett separat sovrum och badrum med dusch. Det finns även ett sovloft på ca 9 kvm. Köket har diskmaskin och badrummet har en kombinerad tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det är golvvärme i hela huset. Hyran är 13628 kr per månad inkl drift (för två personer). I hyran ingår även bredband och en parkeringsplats. Två månaders hyra erläggs som deposition i samband med att första månadshyran betalas och betalas tillbaka när kontraktet löper ut. Rökning och husdjur är ej tillåtet. Walking distance to Kista and Sollentuna center. The house is rented unfurnished or partially furnished. The house is 30 sqm and consists of a combined kitchen and living room, a separate bedroom and bathroom with shower. There is also a sleeping loft of about 9 sqm. The kitchen has a dishwasher and the bathroom has a combined washer and dryer. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The rent is SEK 13628 per month including operation (for two people). The rent also includes broadband and a parking space. Two months' rent is paid as a deposit in connection with the first monthly rent being paid and repaid when the contract expires. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
