Junkergatan, Hägersten

Hello I am a middle-aged, happy, and social woman of 53 years, who works as a social worker and wants to rent out a room in my apartment, where we share common areas and costs. I rent out a room partly for economic reasons, but also because I am often at my autistic daughter's and her father's place, helping out, as they live about 5 minutes away from me. And also because it's not so fun to live completely alone all the time. The residence is located right by the subway and Coop in Örnsberg’s center, in Hägersten, where there is also a gym and small shops. Close to green areas, swimming, and Vinterviken. You get your own room and own toilet. You should be financially stable and responsible. You should be calm, well-behaved, and easy to communicate with. You should preferably be a woman, but it's not a must. The most important thing is that you are the right person. Preferably references from previous housing or similar. NOTE!! It may happen...that I might need to have my daughter's cat at home for a short time, a gray, beautiful, long-haired Maine Coon male cat...IF he would be troublesome as the other cat may soon have kittens and the male cat does not leave the kittens alone when they are very small. Both cats live with my daughter and her father, but we might need to separate them for a short time. Please write and tell me a little about yourself.
