Welcome to Infjärdsvägen, Gräddö Winterized house of just over 50 sqm and a 12 sqm guest house. Bathroom with toilet, shower, and washing machine, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a custom-built bunk bed with storage (built in 2024), kitchen with stove and oven, living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. The guest house has a sofa bed for 2 people. Air source heat pump with AC available (installed new in Feb 2025). Outdoor toilet available. Large lovely terrace and plot suitable for badminton, football, kubb, and other activities. Plenty of outdoor furniture and a large grill available. 2 bikes for lending. Fiber is installed, but the subscription is paid by the tenant. Chromecast is also available. Walking distance to both Lake Infjärd (750 meters) and the sea, Hummelsviken, (10 minutes). Björkö Örns beach camping with cafe/shop/restaurant and mini-golf is 2.5 km away. Shallow sandy beach popular with families with children. To the wonderful Gräddö harbor, you can easily walk or cycle if you do not want to use the car, a distance of 3 km. In Gräddö harbor there is the popular Kvarnudden which offers coffee, grill buffet, alcohol, and troubadour evenings. In the harbor, there is also an Ica store (agency for Systembolaget, ATG, and Postnord), pizzeria, and harbor café. Possibility to rent a canoe and sauna raft is available. In Södersvik, 7 km, is the world's best bakery Rådmansö bakery shop which bakes sourdough bread with only organic and certified goods. Serves breakfast, lunch, and irresistible buns in a cozy environment. From Räfsnäs jetty, about 7 km away, you can make day trips to several different islands including, Lidö, Fejan. Also from Kapellskär, 10 km away, excursions can be made to, among others, Åland with the Åland ferry. It takes about 20 minutes by car to Norrtälje city, bus connections are available from/to Gräddö, where there are many shops for both children, young adults, and the elderly, art exhibitions, cinema, many restaurants, pubs, and nice cafes along the river. From Norrtälje, buses (double-decker) go daily to Stockholm and the Royal Institute of Technology, about a 1-hour journey. Renting out the cottage from late August 2025 to June 2026. 9000 SEK plus electricity according to invoices from Vattenfall. Garbage collection, road fee, and water are included in the rent. Electricity costs are usually between 800-1500 SEK depending on the season, etc. Can send previous invoices upon request. Pets by agreement. A contract is always written. 1 month's advance payment and 2 months' notice period. The cottage is insured but the tenant should take out their own insurance to cover personal property if an accident occurs.
