I'm 28 years old and currently studying for a Master of Science in Software Engineering at Linköping University. I'm therefore looking for a roommate. You'll have the opportunity to stay for six months, with the possibility of extension if we get along well and you take good care of your responsibilities. The apartment is furnished and located at Knektgatan 39. It is situated in a quiet and popular area, only 4 minutes by bike (1.3 km) to Linköping University Hospital and 13 minutes by bike (4 km) to the Valla university campus. The rent includes heating, hot water, and internet. Shared areas include the kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. I'm looking for someone who is tidy, focused on work or studies, calm, has a regular income, and no payment defaults. If you decide to move out, there is a one-month notice period. A one-month deposit is also required. The deposit will be returned when you move out, provided everything is in good condition and the handover goes smoothly.
