In one of the bathrooms, there is a shower with an installed shower wall and a washing machine. Bedroom with good storage options in the form of wardrobes. In the monthly fee, heating, waste management, and cold and hot water are included (excluding electricity). Parking spaces are available on the street outside the property. Fiber is installed in the apartment through Wexnet. TV channel selection in the terrestrial network via a common antenna on the roof. The apartment has a storage room in the basement level. Floor: 2 of three Outdoor area with outdoor furniture and grill is available in the garden. The apartment is located in Öster. From here it is 5 minutes to Växjö city center, 5 minutes to Växjö hospital, 5 minutes to Växjö lake, and 5 minutes to Linnaeus University. I am looking for calm and orderly tenants. The apartment is excellent for living alone but also works for a couple. Maximum two people. (electricity cost approx. 200 SEK/month)
