We are renting out our house from 1968. It is a pleasant villa that has recently been updated with a newly renovated kitchen and some refreshed surfaces. The house is 130 sqm, divided into 5 rooms and a kitchen, providing ample space for both family and guests. The plot is about 950 sqm, providing space for both garden and outdoor activities. There is a bright and functional kitchen, which we consider one of the best rooms in the house, as well as a spacious living room that creates an inviting atmosphere. The house has three bedrooms (possibility for four), two bathrooms, and a WC, making it suitable for a family or someone who appreciates a little extra space. We are renting out the living area on the entrance level, which includes the entire main residential part with kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The tenant will also have access to parts of the basement, which can be used for storage or other practical needs. There is a guest room, laundry room, sauna, one of the bathrooms, and a workshop. Other parts of the basement will be private for us. The house is rented out from October 1st (we are flexible with the move-in date) for a year with the possibility of extension. We are looking for a tenant who will enjoy this quiet and pleasant area, or those who want to try if house living might suit them.
