Nice room in Djursholm, close to transport links. You can get to KTH and the university with the Roslagsbanan in 8 minutes, without transfers. The train station is 400 m from the house. The bus station just outside the gate takes you to Mörby Centrum and the subway (red line). Bright room with many windows. Private bathroom and a separate entrance on your floor. Both our daughters have recently moved out and now the rooms are empty. The house is large, and you live alone downstairs with our son. The plot is large and generous, and if you want, there is also your own small patio. The laundry room you share with us has 2 washing machines and a dryer. We also have a fully equipped gym downstairs, which you can use by arrangement. The kitchen is shared with us and is located one floor up. As the kitchen is our central hub in the house, we would appreciate if you respect this and cook lighter and smaller meals. Djursholm is a wealthy suburb 10 minutes north of Stockholm. It is a safe and quiet place with many green areas. Close to our house, you have Altorpskogen with an outdoor gym and an illuminated jogging track. You can walk to the square in 10-15 minutes. Here you will find a long beautiful beach promenade along the water and the piers which are lit up in the evening. The square is cozy with several small local shops, Konsum, a listed library, hairdressers, and restaurants.
