I am a 70-year-old woman living with my cat. So, you must like cats and not be allergic. I am looking for someone who can rent for a year, possibly longer if it works out. Included in the rent are electricity, water, Internet (very good wireless). I have been renting out my room to students for several years, mainly foreign students. I speak English and Swedish, a little Spanish and Greek. In this way, I meet many young people whom I can help by having a place to stay during their studies. I am active and still work a little bit, I have two adult sons who sometimes come to visit, and also my girlfriends. I am a social person who likes to socialize but also enjoy being home a lot, cozying up with my cat, reading books, and watching different series and movies. Bandhagen has good connections with buses, subway, and commuter trains. To Södertörn University about 34 min, Stockholm School of Economics 37 min, Stockholm University 40 min. The residence is located in a quiet area, below the house is a park with a paddling pool and play area for children. They also have some animals like chickens, rabbits, and sheep there. Bandhagen center is 10 min from the house where the subway station and buses are, it has a small center with a shop and a small pharmacy. It is also a 10-minute walk to Högdalen center where there are more shops and pharmacies and a library. From there, several buses go to larger shopping centers like Farsta or Liljeholmen. To the southern inner city, it takes 19 min by subway and to the center of Stockholm about 25 min.
