Nice accommodation close to both city and forest, perfect for you who, for example, are a student or looking for a place to stay overnight. We have completely renovated a guest house from around 1945. The house, at 45 m², contains a large room with a kitchen and fireplace, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Fully furnished. It is quietly and beautifully located on the outskirts of Norrköping with forest, lit trails, and allotment gardens outside the window, yet close to the city (10 min by bus, 13 min by tram, 19 min by bike to the travel center). You have access to your own patio. The rent includes electricity, water, and heating (fireplace, air source heat pump, radiator in the bedroom, and underfloor heating in the bathroom), washing machine with dryer (not pictured). You are responsible for the internet/mobile broadband for simplicity. Moving in can happen as soon as possible, indefinitely with the usual notice period.
