Nice, spacious and pleasant basement apartment in a house in Hisings Kärra with a private entrance. The basement apartment includes a washing machine, refrigerator, hot plate, and private toilet. (Shower available on the upper floor). Everything is super fresh and doesn't feel like a basement. Good public transport connections. There is a small dog in the house. The breed is Dachshund and is a happy and lively dog. The dog lives on the upper floor and does not stay in the basement. We are looking for a dog-friendly female tenant who is not bothered by the dog/allergies. One month's rent as deposit. Good references.
