Bright and nice 2-room apartment for rent in central Luthagen! 
I will be moving to another city for my medical internship and therefore, I am renting out my lovely 2-room apartment of 50 sqm for 1-1.5 years, starting in August or September. The apartment is located on Börjegatan, in central Luthagen. It is bright and well-planned, with a balcony facing south with no overlooking neighbors. ICA Luthis is right behind the house (about 75 meters away) and Ekonomikum is a few minutes' walk through Vasaparken. The apartment is rented out partially furnished and is suitable for two people. The rent will be 12500 SEK per month, and all fees are included. Tenant is required to take out home insurance. A deposit of 1 month's rent is paid upon key handover. I am looking for calm and responsible tenants who want to live comfortably and centrally for a longer period. References from previous landlords are a big plus!
