Östra Tullingeberg is a gem amidst greenery. From here, you have an 8-minute walk to the commuter train that takes you in about 20-25 minutes to Stockholm city. You have a 3 km walk to a very nice beach called Stendalsbadet and 8 km to walk or jog to Lida, which offers a beach and hiking trails. Karolinska Hospital and Södertörn University as well as Tullinge High School are all within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity, there are 3 primary schools and several preschools. The residential area is very quiet, and neighbors greet each other. The house has a sauna that you can book and have to yourself. There is also a laundry room and storage room in the house. In summer, the balcony gets sun from 8 in the morning until 6 in the evening, which is wonderful, and the treetops are just outside. For children, there is a small playground outside the house, and in the neighboring house, there is a small but well-equipped gym available for free. Tullinge's small center with a grocery store, hairdresser, Tegnér's bakery, etc., is located at the train station. It is truly the nicest suburb in southern Stockholm. The camaraderie in the house is fantastic, we help each other, and you really find peace here. The living room and kitchen are spacious, bright, and generous. There is a sofa bed, TV, and bookshelves. Electricity and broadband are included in the rent, as well as water and heating. The kitchen has a dining area with a kitchen sofa and chairs and table. There are three bedrooms, all with comfortable beds, and two of them have small desks. One of the bedrooms has a dresser, and all three bedrooms have wardrobes. In the hall, there are wardrobes with mirrored sliding doors. There is also a piano that is great to play on! The apartment has two WCs: one bathroom with toilet and bathtub and one shower room with toilet and shower. I will be taking a leave of absence from my job and working for a period in another location. I hope and believe that you will really enjoy living here. The move-in date can be flexible to some extent if desired!
