Hello! I plan to rent out my apartment in Alby, Botkyrka. The apartment is on the second floor and has an area of 31 sqm with a balcony. The building is from 2017 and is only a 2-minute walk from the subway and buses, as well as a 4-minute walk to Alby center where there are grocery stores. The apartment comes furnished with a bed, TV, dining table and chairs, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Moving in can be done from as early as September 1st, and the rental period is for at least 6 months. As a tenant, you should be pet and smoke-free.
