I am looking for someone to share my apartment with. Ideally, it would be someone who commutes weekly, preferably over 30 years old, and enjoys shared living, but I am open to renting to others as well. I have personally lived in shared accommodations and with others for much of my life. In the autumn and perhaps next year, I will travel a bit and be away for a week each month and maybe even longer periods. Therefore, I will work a little less and would like to share the rent with someone. It may be relevant to rent out the living room or bedroom, depending a bit. The price can be discussed based on the room and whether it is part-time (weekly commuter) or full-time living, but the principle is that we share the actual costs fairly. Electricity and internet are included in the rent. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a nice patio in a quiet area, close to SLU. I personally cycle where I need to go, but there are also buses a few minutes away.
