As I have been living and working in Stockholm for two years, I now want to try renting out my condominium in Nässjö and am looking for an orderly tenant with stable finances. I am flexible with the move-in date. The apartment is 65 square meters, has a glazed balcony, a walk-in closet from the bedroom that is not pictured, and the apartment will be rented furnished. It is located at the top on the 3rd floor. The building is quiet and calm with good neighbors. Adjacent to the apartment building there is free parking and in the basement there is a small gym. Electricity is included in the rent. From the association's side, the lease can be extended for up to 3 years with 1-year agreements at a time. The tenant must be approved by the association.
