Hello! We have a nice cabin that we rent out for shorter periods during the summer but would like to rent out for a slightly longer period during the winter. It is available for 7 months, from the first of October through the end of April. It's a cozy cabin, but it's not super well-insulated, and the floors are cold, so slippers are a must! Heating is done with a heat pump (there are also electric elements) and a new stove installed in '24 that heats really well. We live next door ourselves on a small farm about 50m away. Last year we built a wood-fired sauna between the houses, down by the stream, which you are welcome to use. We have two children, a dog, cats, and ducks. We think this house would suit someone who is alone or a couple without children and pets. We are thinking 6000 SEK per month plus utilities. Firewood is included in that price. Electricity is extra, and last year the electricity averaged around 1200 SEK/month. Looking forward to hearing from you! Best regards, Malin and Woody
