Part of a villa in the countryside near Eskilstuna is available for rent to a person who works or studies. If you long for a calm and nature-close living in the countryside and can keep an eye on everything in the house working: we can offer accommodation in a private room with a private toilet and access to all common areas in the house. The house has two living rooms, five bedrooms, three toilets, a kitchen, broadband with fiber, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, etc. The terrace and garden face south with lots of sun and a nice view. Behind the house, there is a forest with nice trails for walking or mountain biking. Eskilstuna is 14 km away. There is a bike path almost the whole way. A few buses run daily during terms, Monday to Friday. A car or motorcycle is recommended. You primarily live in a furnished bedroom in the basement, which is also used as storage space. If you prefer another room, we can discuss that. Access by agreement, with a rental period of at least 6 months, but at most until June 15, 2027. Extension can be discussed thereafter. No smoking in the house and no pets. We are retirees and spend part of the year abroad. Therefore, we wish for a tenant who ensures that everything in the house functions and that no damage occurs when we are away. The kitchen and laundry room are used by you and us jointly when we are home. Interested?
