Rent out a room in my 3-room apartment with turn-of-the-century charm a stone's throw from Möllevångstorget. The room is rented furnished with a 140-bed, desk, dresser, chair, and small armchair. The apartment is on the 4th floor. Two bedrooms facing the courtyard. Living room and kitchen face the road, but there are modern and soundproof windows. The kitchen also has a French balcony. Bathroom with bathtub. Möllan is a pleasant, lively area with very good restaurants and bars. Triangeln train station is a 5-10 minute walk away. Södervärn bus station is a 5-minute walk away with good bus connections around Malmö and out to Skåne. Pildammsparken and Folkets Park are nearby, and several grocery stores are also a stone's throw away. In other words, a really top location! We who live here are a couple aged 30 and 32. We work in marketing and programming. We have a great interest in cooking and enjoy having dinners and socializing occasionally with our new tenant. At the same time, we value personal time when you feel you need it. The rent includes heating, water, and internet. Electricity is paid separately.
