Furnished room for rent in a quiet area – close to nature, downtown, and public transportation A furnished and cozy room on the upper floor of our townhouse is for rent to a responsible woman. The room is equipped with a large double bed, two spacious dressers, a clothes rack, bedside table, and mirror. Two windows provide wonderful light. If needed, the room can be complemented with a desk and chair, as well as a small fridge, microwave, and kettle. You will have access to your own toilet and a share of the kitchen, which is shared with the landlord. Showering is possible in the shared bathroom by agreement. The washing machine can be used 1-2 days a week after agreement. There is also the possibility to store a bicycle in the garage. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe area. Only 300 meters to the bus stop "Fårdala skola" – with direct buses that take you to Gullmarsplan in about 15 minutes. It's about 700 meters to Tyresö center with shopping, grocery stores, and other services. Nearby are also nature, outdoor swimming spots, and running trails. A hypoallergenic labradoodle lives in the household. We are looking for a woman who is non-smoking, pet-free, and without payment remarks.
