Hello!🌼 I am renting out my apartment as I will begin studying in Lund this fall. It is a spacious studio with plenty of storage space, a fresh bathroom (renovated in 2023) with a bathtub and a kitchen/kitchenette separated by a wall from the living room/bedroom so it feels like more than a studio! 5 minutes walk to Tensta subway station which easily takes you around the whole of Stockholm, 20 minutes to the central station. Short walking distance to beautiful nature at Järvafältet which is perfect for running or walking. The apartment is rented furnished but the furnishing can be adjusted. Rent includes electricity, internet, water, heating, and home insurance. Looking for a tenant with a stable income from studies or work. NB: Photos of the apartment will be available at the end of July when I have access to the apartment. Currently, I live in another apartment in the same stairwell. Thus, it is possible to adjust how the apartment is furnished when I get access.
