Renting out my cozy 2-room apartment in Kålltorp. Renovated kitchen and bathroom 1 and 2 years ago, respectively. It is rented out partially or fully furnished. Access to a storage room located 1.5 floors down in the basement. There is also a laundry room in the basement. Access to a well-maintained courtyard with a dining area, grill, etc. Free parking on the streets in the area. The contract will be valid from August / by agreement and for a year ahead, provided you are approved by the association. The rent includes broadband, heating, and water as well as electricity consumption. Separate insurance is required. I am looking for a person who is pet and smoke-free, without payment defaults, and with good references. It’s fine for two to live in the apartment, as long as both meet these conditions.
