The house is quietly located in central Borgholm with a convenient walking distance to most amenities! FURNISHED Room 1 with two single beds and currently a bunk bed (can be removed if desired) Room 2 with a single bed, refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Kitchen: Fridge, freezer, stove with induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and usual kitchen equipment. Spacious bathroom with toilet, shower, and washing machine. Veranda with outdoor furniture (table, four chairs, and two sun loungers). Smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. The house is non-smoking. Dogs are welcome with us! Snow shoveling and lawn mowing are handled by the tenant.
