I am renting out my cozy studio apartment of 22 square meters in Täby due to studies in another location. The apartment is located in a pleasant green area with good communications to the center of Stockholm and several universities via both buses and local railway. About 15 minutes to Stockholm University, about 20 minutes to the Royal Institute of Technology, 25-30 minutes to T-Centralen. The rent includes everything, i.e., heating, hot water, electricity, broadband, and basic TV channels. I am renting out the apartment furnished, but please note that the TV shown in the picture is not included. The bed is 140 cm in the form of a Murphy bed. An extra freezer is available in the walk-in closet in the hall.
