The apartment is furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. The association provides access to a laundry room, recycling room, and bicycle storage. The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to nature and Lake Magelungen. It is about a 10-minute walk to the Farsta subway and Farsta Centrum, where there are plenty of shops and services. I am renting out due to a move and can rent out for up to 3 years, with annual renewal. I would like you as a tenant to plan to stay for 2–3 years. Storage is included in the rental – I have a few things left there, but you are welcome to use the rest of the space. Electricity and wifi are included in the rent.
