The apartment: It is located on the fourth floor with an elevator. It has a balcony and a bathtub. Rented out furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the following electronic kitchen appliances: microwave, blender, waffle iron, SodaStream, and rice cooker. There is a laundry room in the basement. On the balcony, there are basil and mint that the tenant is free to pick. The area: The apartment is located right at the Södervärn hub with bus connections to all of Malmö. It is about a 10-minute walk to the Triangeln train station. Three Malmö by bike stations are nearby. The nearest grocery store (Lidl) is 1 minute away, Willys about 5 minutes. It is also close to Pildammsparken, several gyms, and shopping areas like Triangeln and Mobilia. Rent: 7,580 SEK/month (including heating, water, and broadband) Electricity is additional and usually amounts to 350–450 SEK/month.
