Enjoy this cozy apartment located in Liljeholmen just outside of city center. With beautiful nature surroundings you will be very close to the city. Subway, bus and tram stations are just 5 minutes away from the apartment. The subway journey to Stockholm Central station is only 9 minutes. There is a shopping mall and restaurants in the nearby area as well. Located up on a hill, the apartment offers nice views of the beautiful city of Stockholm. What is included in the monthly rent is; heating, electricity, internet & TV I am looking for a tennant to share this apartment as I commute to Stockholm weekly and only stay in the apartment for 2-3 nights per week, and that is during business days, so never during weekends. The apartment is relatively small, but I hope to find a tenant and together find a solution to share the space and make it work perfectly for both of us.
