We can offer a winterized cabin that is relatively newly renovated and located on the outskirts of Kalmar in the town of Trekanten. Perfect for a student who wants a quiet study environment or for someone who commutes weekly. The cabin is centrally located near the train station with commuter trains and close to a bus stop, an ICA store, and a pizzeria. If desired, there are also jogging trails and a gym nearby. The cabin is about 35 square meters with one room and a kitchen, as well as a small, pleasant glass porch to enjoy in the spring and late summer. The cabin is rented fully furnished with a bed, sofa, and TV, as well as an adjustable desk and chair. The kitchen is fully equipped. The laundry room is next door and shared, with two washing machines. Monthly rent is 5,800 SEK per month, including garbage, heating, electricity, and water, as well as broadband included in the rent. The tenant must be non-smoking and have no pets.
