Hornsgatan, Stockholm

House from the turn of the century, built in 1908. The house is L-shaped and the apartment faces the courtyard, which makes a big difference since Hornsgatan is a busy and lively street. It is surprisingly calm and quiet given the central location. The rooms are in a row, and the two bedrooms are located at each end. The innermost bedroom also has its own entrance via the stairwell from the courtyard. One bedroom has a 180 cm double bed and the other a 120 cm single bed. (There is also a crib available if you have small children). The apartment has a bathroom (with a bathtub) and a guest toilet. There is an open floor plan between the kitchen and the living room. Kitchen island with workspace and a bar section with two bar stools. The kitchen has an induction stove, oven, and microwave. The location is fantastic with proximity to everything in Söder. Electricity, hot water, and broadband are included in the rent. We are renting out due to an overseas stay.
