A cozy 2-room apartment in Akalla that I have owned and lived in for 8 years. I have always been comfortable because the area is quiet, and it's easy to get to and from the city if you want. The apartment is a stone's throw from the subway/bus square, about a 20-minute trip to T-centralen. There is a lot of greenery and nature nearby as Akalla borders Järvafältet. The nearest grocery store is on the way between the subway and the apartment, so you never have to go far to shop. Open floor plan between the kitchen and living room for pleasant social gatherings. Large and spacious bedroom with access to the balcony. Renovated kitchen with good work surfaces and a fully tiled bathroom. Broadband and water are included in the rent. I have moved in with my partner and therefore rent out the apartment indefinitely.
