Hi! Since I am now moving to Stockholm, I am looking for a tenant for my lovely apartment. Information about the apartment: The residence is perfectly located between the university and the city. Outside the door, there's a nice park, and it's close to grocery stores and natural areas. The association also has amenities such as a communal gym, a party room, and several barbecue areas. Windows are located in both northern and southern directions, and the apartment is on the third floor, which makes it very bright and delightful. The balcony is spacious and has a fantastic south-facing sun exposure. The apartment has a large living room and a well-equipped kitchen. There is plenty of storage space in the large walk-in closet.
