What is being rented out is a furnished room in the two-bedroom apartment I live in. It is located on the fifth floor of the building and has a view of nature. The living area is the room plus living room, kitchen, hallway, and bathroom which we will share. The rent includes hot water, heating, electricity, and broadband. The room is 8.2 square meters and equipped with wardrobes, a bed, and a desk. The residence is located in Hjorthagen in Stockholm, wall-to-wall with Norra Djurgården and a lot of natural areas. It is close to bus and subway, and both SU and KTH are within a distance that it's easy to walk or bike to them. The reason I'm looking for a lodger is that I have an extra room that is not being used and it's unnecessary for it to remain empty.
