We have a rental section for renting, furnished room, and separate fully equipped kitchen 20 sqm as well as a private toilet/shower. Looking for a well-behaved person (not a couple), preferably a student who is pet/smoke-free. Move-in from 1/8, in our villa in Näsbypark, Täby. Have had lodging students before who studied at KTH and Stockholm University and it has worked out very well. We have nature and water around the corner, but it is still close to the city where I myself work. Very good communications from our house - about a 3-minute walk to the Roslagsbanan which goes to the Royal Institute of Technology (takes about 17 minutes). The bus stop at the plot corner to Täby Centrum. Training facilities, nice running trails, and grocery store around the corner. Access to washing machine/dryer available (shared with us). Broadband (wireless), electricity, and water included. The rent is 5800:-, upon moving in + one month's deposit (5800:-) which is refunded upon moving out and cleaning. Notice period one month.
