We are renting out a furnished room of 21 square meters with its own toilet and walk-in closet. The room is furnished and includes a bed, desk, small refrigerator, microwave, and armchair. You have your own toilet, but you share the kitchen and shower with us. Rent includes internet, electricity, and hot and cold water. The room is located on the second floor of our villa, and you have your own space while we live on the first floor. There is a patio that can be used. We have a small French bulldog who lives with us, but she is only on the first floor and does not come upstairs. We rent out the room only to a responsible female student! It takes a one-minute walk to the bus stop 'Torslanda torg' where, as a student, you can get to the city with buses 29 and X1 in 30 minutes. The villa is located near the square where there is a supermarket, gym, pizzeria, and other shops.
