The residential area is peaceful, modern and safe. Rent: Approx 11500 sek + cost for water and electricity No broadband. Space: 55m2, 1 bedroom and living room+ kitchen. Balcony. Extra storage room. Elevator. We can rent it partially furnished or unfurnished. Apartment viewing is possible. We expect responsible and tidy tenants.
