Now we are renting out our charming house in Gummarp, Hörby municipality, for long-term accommodation. The house, which was built in 1870, is a classic red house with white corners and is beautifully located in the Scanian landscape. The house is 80 sqm with 5 rooms and a kitchen. There are two wood-burning stoves for heat and atmosphere. The bathroom is fully tiled, has a washing machine, dryer, and underfloor heating. The ceiling height is lower, which is typical for older houses like this. The property has a nice, lush garden which is also fenced in if, for example, you have a dog. Next to the house is a covered terrace and a deck. On the plot, there is a carport and an old forge that serves as storage and a tool shed. • The house is rented unfurnished. • The tenant must take out their own home insurance and own electricity contract with a subscription. • Water, sewage, and waste management are included. Nearby is the village of Önneköp with a country store, and in 15 minutes by car you reach Hörby. We are keen to find the right person(s) for our lovely house.
